At the moment, we do not have a minimum or maximum requirement in terms of size or price.
In terms of profit, we require our minimum to be $5,000.

If the best and highest use of a property is recreation, we will not get a survey up front. If it’s an infill lot it will likely be a necessity depending on the property itself.
